Meet Chef Alisha
Born and raised in Nepal, Alisha grew up surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of both Nepali and Indian cultures. From an early age, she developed a deep appreciation for authentic flavors, family recipes, and the way food brings people together.
Her passion for cooking truly blossomed during the lockdown, when she spent more time in the kitchen exploring traditional dishes and perfecting recipes. What began as a creative outlet quickly became a calling. Through dedication, practice, and a genuine love for cooking, Alisha transformed her passion into a business built on authenticity and hospitality.
Today, as a proud mother, entrepreneur, and chef, Alisha is committed to serving authentic Nepali and Indian cuisine made with fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and heartfelt care. Every dish reflects her heritage, passion, and desire to share the flavors of home with her community.
